Entries describe public website and evidence changes. They do not imply that an application feature shipped, changed, or was independently audited unless an entry says so explicitly.

The RSS feed supports ordinary readers. The JSON feed provides stable fields for monitoring, research, and answer-engine ingestion. Both contain the same public entries and link back to canonical pages.

Material corrections to research or evidence pages will receive a dated changelog entry. Minor spelling, formatting, or accessibility fixes may be updated in place without a separate entry.
