Unified Inbox

One Inbox.
Every Channel.

Bring WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and LINE Official Account into one Unified Inbox. Your team replies from City of Hats — guests stay on the apps they already use.

Meet Guests Where They Are

Each channel connector uses the platform's official business API — not personal inbox forwarding. Connect from Settings → Advanced in the City of Hats app.

✉️

Facebook Messenger

Connect Meta Page to a Hat inbox. Page Messenger conversations unify into your Channels list with clear guest labels.

Meta Page
💚

LINE

Connect LINE Official Account to a Hat inbox. LINE guest messages route into City of Hats; staff reply from the app, guests stay in LINE.

Messaging API

All Messages. One Hat Inbox.

Stop switching between three apps. Every inbound WhatsApp, Messenger, and LINE thread appears in your City of Hats Channels — labeled by source, routed through your Intake Hat.

  • Connect each platform independently from Settings → Advanced
  • New guest conversations open as encrypted channels in your inbox
  • Reply from City of Hats — messages deliver back on the guest's platform
  • Assign an Intake Hat per connector so teams know which inbox owns each channel

Connect in Four Steps

Set up each connector once from the City of Hats app — webhook URLs and credentials are generated for you.

1

Open Settings

In the app, go to Settings → Advanced and choose WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or LINE.

2

Add Credentials

Paste your platform API credentials and assign an Intake Hat — the inbox where new conversations will land.

3

Enable Webhook

Copy the generated webhook URL into Meta or LINE Developers console. Verify and enable inbound events.

4

Reply from CoH

Guest messages appear in Channels. Your team reads and replies from City of Hats — guests never leave their messenger.

Built for Front-Desk & Support Teams

Unified Inbox is designed for hotels, clinics, venues, and any team that already talks to guests on WhatsApp, Messenger, or LINE.

🔗

Official Business APIs

WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta Messenger Platform, and LINE Messaging API — the same connectors enterprises use, wired directly into City of Hats.

🎩

Intake Hat Routing

Point each connector at an Intake Hat. New threads pair automatically so concierge, support, and intake teams stay organized.

📱

Guests Stay Put

No app download required for guests. They message you on WhatsApp, Messenger, or LINE exactly as they do today.

🔐

Encrypted on CoH

Messages are encrypted on City of Hats servers like standard chats. Platform transit follows each provider's own security model.

Common Questions

What channels can I connect?
WhatsApp Business (Cloud API), Facebook Messenger (Meta Page), and LINE Official Account (Messaging API). Each connector is configured separately in Settings → Advanced.
Do guests need the City of Hats app?
No. Guests continue using WhatsApp, Messenger, or LINE. Only your staff need City of Hats to read and reply from the unified inbox.
What is an Intake Hat?
An Intake Hat is the Hat you assign when connecting a channel. New conversations from that platform appear as encrypted channels paired with your Intake Hat.
Can I connect all three at once?
Yes. Enable WhatsApp, Messenger, and LINE independently. All inbound threads appear in your Channels list with source labels so your team always knows where each guest came from.
