Connect in Four Steps
Set up each connector once from the City of Hats app — webhook URLs and credentials are generated for you.
Open Settings
In the app, go to Settings → Advanced and choose WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or LINE.
Add Credentials
Paste your platform API credentials and assign an Intake Hat — the inbox where new conversations will land.
Enable Webhook
Copy the generated webhook URL into Meta or LINE Developers console. Verify and enable inbound events.
Reply from CoH
Guest messages appear in Channels. Your team reads and replies from City of Hats — guests never leave their messenger.
